FAQs
1. Am I fit enough to start?
Yes. You don’t need to be fit to join. That’s what the beginner sessions are for. Everyone starts from a different point and our coaches guide you step by step. Every workout is scaled to your level. What matters is not where you are now but that you begin.
2. What if I need a break?
That’s fine. Breaks are normal. Nobody expects you to go nonstop. Our workouts are built so you can pause whenever needed. Coaches adapt everything so you feel safe and build strength step by step.
3. What should I wear to class?
Comfortable sports clothes like shorts or leggings and a breathable T-shirt. Training shoes with a stable sole are best because they support lifting and jumping better than running shoes. Bring a water bottle and a towel. We provide the rest on site.
4. Can I do the trial training with a partner?
Yes. Training together is fun. Just sign up separately and let us know you want to start together. Then you can join as a team and motivate each other.
5. Do you offer nutrition coaching?
Yes. Nutrition coaching runs separately but supports your training. Ask one of our coaches if you are interested.
6. Am I too old for this program?
No. Functional fitness has no age limit. Our members are between 16 and over 60. Some start fresh, others build on experience. Coaches adapt every session so you train safely and effectively. The goal is better mobility, strength and endurance no matter your age.
7. What happens in my very first class?
We start step by step. No pressure. First a short intro and warm-up. Then we show you the basic movements calmly. During the workout you are never alone. The coach explains every exercise, corrects if needed and gives options that fit your level. The first class is about feeling safe and positive, not exhausting you.
8. What if I have injuries or physical limitations?
Our coaches adapt workouts to your needs. Knee, back or shoulder problems are no problem. We find safe alternatives for every exercise. You get individual support so you train effectively without overload. Your safety always comes first.
